Philadelphia Tribal bellydance -was created in September 1999 and closed in June 2007 -under the direction of Fleur Frascella -PTB was the first troupe in the Philadelphia Area to use improvisation based tribal bellydance in performance and offer tribal bellydance classes and workshops.
